04/30..05/01...Poet, Publisher, Oral Memoirist - Michael Czarnecki - will present an evening of readings of stories and poems from nearly four decades of traveling. He will hold a creative writing workshop on Thursday the 1st of May. Both events will begin at 7:00 P.M. and held at the Goff-Nelson Memorial Library at 41 Lake Street, Tupper lake, NY. 06/29 - 07/05...Ray Jackman Art Exhibit at the Goff-Nelson Memorial Library. 07/13-19...Tupper Lake Art Show - Both local and visiting artists are invited to exhibit and sell their work at this event and entry categories include: acrylics, oils, watercolors, drawings, pastels, graphics, mixed media, sculpture (clay, bronze, ceramic, stone or wood), photography and textile art.
 
Artwork should be dropped off at the library on or before o July 8th. Entry fees and 10% of sales will benefit library programs and future art shows.

A gala "Meet the Artist" reception will take place on Sunday, July 13h at 7:00PM and the public is cordially invited to meet with the artists and preview this year's artistic works.  Further information may be obtained by calling Linda Auclair at the library (518-359-9421). goffnelson@adelphia.net
